Touch and select your preferred language from the 15 languages displayed on the screen. Supported languages: Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese.

Select the foreign currency you want to exchange. 14 currencies supported: USD, EUR, CNY, KRW, TWD, HKD, THB, SGD, AUD, GBP, CAD, MYR, PHP, IDR. Broadly supports major Asian and Western currencies.

Insert foreign banknotes into the slot one by one. Once the bill is recognized, the amount will be displayed on the screen. If inserting multiple bills, please insert them continuously.

The amount of foreign currency inserted and the amount of Japanese Yen after exchange will be displayed. Please check the contents carefully.

After confirming the contents, touch the OK button. The exchange will be executed.

Please take the Japanese Yen (banknotes/coins) and the transaction statement from the outlet. The statement can also be used as a receipt. Please be careful not to leave anything behind.
SimpleExchange only accepts foreign banknotes. Coins cannot be inserted.
Exchange from Japanese Yen to foreign currency is not supported. This machine is exclusively for exchanging foreign currency into Japanese Yen.
Credit card cash advances are not supported. This machine is exclusively for cash exchange.
Cancellation is not possible after inserting banknotes.
