PRIVACY POLICY
ExTech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines regarding the protection of personal information, and other relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information concerning the handling of personal information acquired by the Company.
1. Definition of Personal Information
In this Privacy Policy, personal information means personal information defined by Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, that is, information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual), or information containing an individual identification code.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company uses personal information acquired from customers for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate our services
- To respond to inquiries from customers
- To provide information on our products, services, etc.
- To contact you as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.
- To identify users who have violated the Terms of Use and deny them access to the service
- Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the customer's consent in advance, except in the following cases:
- Cases based on laws and regulations
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
- When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent

4. Security Control Measures for Personal Information
The Company provides necessary and appropriate supervision of its employees to protect personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company also provides necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the service provider implements appropriate security controls.
5. Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will confirm that the request was made by the individual concerned and disclose the information without delay. If the information does not exist, the Company will notify the requesting individual. This does not apply where the Company has no obligation to disclose the information under that Act or other applicable laws and regulations.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. If an amendment requires customer consent under applicable laws and regulations, the amended Privacy Policy will apply only to customers who consent through the method specified by the Company. The Company will announce the effective date and content of any amendment on its website or by another appropriate method, or notify customers directly.
