(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines regarding the protection of personal information, and other relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information concerning the handling of personal information acquired by the Company.

1. Definition of Personal Information

In this Privacy Policy, personal information means personal information defined by Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, that is, information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual), or information containing an individual identification code.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information acquired from customers for the following purposes:

• To identify users who have violated the Terms of Use and deny them access to the service

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will confirm that the request was made by the individual concerned and disclose the information without delay. If the information does not exist, the Company will notify the requesting individual. This does not apply where the Company has no obligation to disclose the information under that Act or other applicable laws and regulations.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. The Company will announce the effective date and content of any amendment on its website or by another appropriate method, or notify customers directly.
